Every visit is focused on leaving your yard as clean as possible. Keeping your lawn regularly mowed helps us find and remove pet waste more thoroughly, especially in areas where dogs spend most of their time.
Tall grass, heavy weeds, or overgrown vegetation can make pet waste difficult to see. This may prevent a complete cleanup and can increase the time needed to finish the job. We recommend keeping cleanup areas trimmed and easy to access before your scheduled service.
If excessive grass or overgrowth makes cleanup difficult or requires additional time, extra service charges may apply. If this happens, we'll discuss it with you before completing the work whenever possible.

Tall or heavily overgrown grass can make pet waste difficult to locate. For the most thorough cleanup, we recommend keeping your dog's play areas regularly mowed. If excessive overgrowth significantly increases the time needed or prevents a complete cleanup, we may recommend rescheduling the service or apply an additional charge.
